Booking Conditions

Rates advertised are available only for bookings made through this website (indonesianjourney.com), and are not available from the hotel directly.
Room Rates shown are based on a standard booking request (single or double) and may be subject to change pending on requirements.
Room Rates are per room/night (inclusive of service charge & government tax). Rates are quoted in the currency shown.

We welcome VISA and MasterCard. In order for us to process your booking request your credit card details are required (copy of both side of your Credit Cards, Copy of your Passport photo page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be send by fax to : +62 361 287 269)

However your credit card will only be charged once you cancel the reservation within certain period (please see our Cancellation Policy). We will use your credit card to guarantee the reservation. You will be able to settle your payment upon your arrival (in Bali, Yogyakarta & Jakarta Only) by cash or credit card.
For reservation to the other area other than above mentioned destinations, payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer to our account.
Payment by credit card will be converted into local currency (Indonesian Rupiah) and subject to 3% bank charge fee. The exchange rate is based on the time of transaction.

Your booking is final once we have sent the CONFIRMATION SLIP to the email address provided during your booking process. The CONFIRMATION SLIP will be made out to the guest name as defined in your booking request and must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

You may amend your booking request at any time during the booking process or after your booking is final. Amendments to your booking request can be submitted by contacting our Reservation Staff. We can be contacted by email, online chat, phone or fax. Depending on the nature of the amendment request, our standard cancellation conditions may apply. Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

In all email exchanges, please make sure that the CONFIRMATION SLIP NUMBER is included in the subject line of your message. Our automatic routing system will then file it with the rest of the information about your booking request. If you should need to contact us by online chat, phone, or fax, please state your CONFIRMATION SLIP NUMBER. The CONFIRMATION SLIP NUMBER will help us retrieve the current status of your booking process.

In the event that your selected hotel is not available our Reservation Staff will contact you to suggest a convenient and comparable hotel. In case you do not accept our offer for alternative accommodation your credit will not be charged.

indonesianjourney.com Reservation Guarantee
All bookings secured through indonesianjourney.com are backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a voucher) is not available or cannot be honored upon check-in, and no other room type that you had booked is available, immediately contact our Reservation Staff at the contact details listed on your Confirmation Slip. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and indonesianjourney.com will pay for the full cost of the first night's stay, including any tax and service charges. Also, against a receipt, we will pay for all communication costs to our office.
Please note that the indonesianjourney.com Reservation Guarantee is only valid if you contact us upon check-in. Later claims, after the actual check-in, cannot be covered.

Extension of stay
We strongly recommend that you make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you would like to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservation Center as the hotel will not offer you the same discount prices (the hotel may even charge you the full walk-in rate). You can contact us by email, online chat, phone or fax. In all correspondence with our support staff you must quote your CONFIRMATION SLIP NUMBER for reference. Please note that no refunds apply for early checkouts.

Airport Transfers
Please note that pick-up times depend on the arrival times as specified in your booking request. In case of late arrivals no refund applies.
