In the heart of Nagoya, Batam's principal city. The hotel has good parking with easy access to golf clubs, all ports of entry/departure and the International Airport of Hang Nadim.

Large range of room and Suite types to suit all budgets. Excellent ceiling height and floor area. Well appointed bathrooms, blackout curtains, bedside controls for lights and satellite TV. All rooms have private safes.

Families are recommended to take the Junior Suites with an extra bed if necessary.

• Check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
• Extra bed available. Price to be advised on reservation.
• Free baby cots are available.
• Children from 5 to 12 yrs will be charge S$ 5 net for breakfast. Breakfast is free for children below 5 years sharing bed with parents.
• Reservations will be held until 6 pm of arrival day. Please advise specific time of arrival if arriving after 6.
• Transfers from/to airport, Sekupang Pier, Batu Ampar Pier, and Nongsa Pier may be arranged upon request and availability. Price to be advised.

Diners are well catered for, with the 24 hour Nusantara Coffee House featuring a combination of Indonesian, Chinese and western fare along with the Four Seasons Restaurant catering to the more discerning tastes. The Japanese Restaurant with its' poolside view, rounds off the dining available at the hotel.

Live entertainment is featured six nights a week in the Tip Top Lounge and Bar. Those wishing for a quiet business chat during the day can take advantage of the serenity of the Santai Lounge.

Wedding receptions, meetings, seminars and conferences are well catered for in the Regency Ballroom, capable of seating up to 600 or in the Forum Meeting Room I & II with a capacity of up to 180 persons.
