Day 01. Banjarmasin
Arrive at Banjarmasin airport and transfer to the hotel in Banjarmasin City. Resting time, briefing, meeting service, outdoor equipments recheck and other preparations for the South Borneo Expedition. City and river sigtseeing to get to know people's daily life in Banjarmasin. Lunch, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02. Banjarmasin - Tandilang - Village - Kyu Village
Breakfast 08.00 AM. Drive to Tandilang village (195 KM / 4.5 hours), lunch box provided enroute. Upon arrival at Tandilang trek to Kiyu village, passing few villages, occasional hill rice fields (slash and burn system), village sightseeing, dinner and overnight at Kiyu Dayak Bukit Longhouse.

Day 03. Kiyu Village - Karuh - Waterfall Camp 1
Breakfast, trek and hike for about 4 hours to the peak of Tiranggang Hill, passing occasional hill rice fields and tropical rain forest. After having lunch and rest continue trekking for 2 hours through primary forest to Karuh Waterfall on the foot of Mount Besar. Right here, in the middle of virgin Bomean tropycal rain forest, set a bivouac/western tent. Dinner served by our adventure cook. Daily briefing (recap what have been seen and done during the day and give an overview of the next day). Overnight at the Bivouac.

Day 04. Karuh Waterfall Camp 1 - Hulu alai Tributary Camp II
Breakfast. Trek through the primary tropical rain forest to Hulu Alai tributary (4 hours) and set bivouac. The opportunity to observe and involve in making traditional bivouac and traditional traps (made from the materials found in the jungle). Lunch and dinner served by our adventure cook. Daily briefing, overnight at the bivouac by Hulu Alai tributary (small river), in the middle of bomean tropical paradise, where we have a chance to feel and to observe the the beauty of nature, to enjoy jungle music and experience living in the wilderness of the rain forest, away from the trappings of modern civilisation.

Day 05. Hulu Alai Tributary Camp II - Hijau tributary Camp III
After breakfast, continue trekking through virgin tropical rain forest, crossing some small rivers to Hijau tributary (5 hours). Again the opportunity to observe other kinds of traditional traps. Lunch and dinner served by our cook. Daily briefing. Overnight at the river front bivouac.

Day 06. Hijau Tributary Canp II - Hijau Tributary Canp III
After breakfast, trek and hike to Dayak Bukit Longhouse through the primary jungle, occasional hill rice fields, etc (7Hrs). Lunch served enroute. dinner and overnight at the Dayak Bukit Longhouse, a traditional communal residence which are also the sites for customery ceremorial feast perfomances.

Day 07. Tribarau dayak Bukit Longhouse - Loksado Village
After breakfast, trek again to Loksado village (5Hrs). Lunch served enroute. On arrival at Loksado, have rest and afternoon free program for village sightseeing. Dinner and overnight at Loksado Cottage.

Day 08. Loksado - Muhara Hatip
Breakfast at the cottage. At 08.30 AM leave the cottage to see the activities of the local people in their traditional rice fields, rubber plantations, etc. At about 11.00 AM transfer by river lodge at Muhara Hatip village. Resting time and the opportunity to observe or to help in constructinq bamboo raft. Dinner and overnight at River Lodge.

Day 09. Muhara Hatip - Bubuih - Banjarmasin
Travel down at the Amandit river by bamboo raft through small and big rapids, passing some remote villages. The raft is partially submerged and the trip members sit on a raised platform in the center. Our Dayak raft men are experienced at manuvering down the streams. Lunch served at the bamboo raft by our cook. Our four hour adventure rafting ends at Bubuin village and then walk for 50 minutes to the minibus that wil transfer us to Banjarmasin (153 Km / about 4 hours). Arrive at Banjarmasin at about 06.00 PM. Dinner and overnight at Batung Batulis Hotel.

Day 10. Bajarmasin - Airport
Breakfast at hotel. Free time until transfer to airport for the flight to the next destination.
