12 DAYS - Mahakam-Toraja-Bali Combination

Day 01. Balikpapan - Muara Muntai
Arrive at Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan. Meeting services and directly transfer to Tenggarong by car / coach. Visit the museum, the former Royal Palace of Kutai which houses the Lembu Suana (coat of arms), Chinese porcelain of The Ming and Sung Dynasties, as well as Dayak Handicrafts. Afternoon continue by slow boat to Muara Muntai.

Day 02. Muara Muntai - Tanjung Isuy / Melak
Arrival Muara Muntai, The tour will continue by canoe to cross the vast Jempang Lake to Tanjung Isuy. Upon arrival at Tanjung Isuy the guests will be welcome with traditional dances.

Day 03. Melak - Kotabangun
Morning arrival in Melak, continue trip by motorcycle to Eheng to see the Dayak Tanjung Long House. Afternoon leave Melak to Kotabangun.

Day 04. Kotabangun - Tenggarong - Balikpapan
Early morning arrival Kotabangun, followed by Sunrise Safari to the `Fairy Land` along Sungai Kedang, a Mahakam Tributary. Depart Kotabangun for Tenggarong then transfer by car / coach to Balikpapan. Arrive Balikpapan, accommodation at Benakutai Hotel.

Day 05. Balikpapan - Ujung Pandang
After breakfast transfer to airport depart for Ujung Pandang by Merpati Airlines. Arrive at Hasanuddin Airport, meeting service and join Ujung Pandang city tour, visiting the Old Dutch Fortress, Fort Rotterdam. The Pinisi boat harbour. Mr. Bundt`s Orchid Garden and sea shell collection. Lunch at local restaurant. check in at hotel in Ujung Pandang. Dinner and overnight.

Day 06. Ujung Pandang - Toraja
After breakfast depart for Toraja Land. The 9 hours trip pass across scenic Bugis Village with their typical houses on stilts and along magnificent mountain region. Lunch at chinese restaurant in Pare - Pare. Late afternoon arrival at Rantepao, dinner and overnight.

Day 07. Toraja
Breakfast and dinner at hotel. fullday exploring Toraja, its culture and way of life visiting : Lemo (the hanging graves), Londa (the burial caves), Siguntu (the typical Torajan Houses), and Ke`te Kesu', Palawa, to` Barana (the typical Torajan Village). Lunch at a chinese restaurant in Rantepao.

Day 08. Toraja - Ujung Pandang - Denpasar
After an early breakfast, depart for Hasanuddin Airport in time for flight to Denpasar. On arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport, meeting service and directly transfer to hotel.

Day 09. Denpasar
After breakfast, fullday Kintamani Volcano Tour, highlight of this tour is the magnificent view of Mount Batur with its caldera Lake Batur with the smoky Mount Agung Volcano in the background. Enroute visiting Batubulan to watch the Barong & Kris Dance, Celuk (gold & silver), Mas(wood carvings), Ubud (painting), Goa Gajah (elephant cave) and the Holysprings Tirta Empul at Tampak Siring. Lunch at local restaurant.

Day 10. Denpasar
Breakfast at hotel. Afternoon tour to Alas Kedaton the holy monkey forest, Mengwi the former Royal Temple built up on rock on the west coast of Bali. Early evening watch the Kecak Dance performance.

Day 11. Denpasar
Breakfast at hotel. Day free at leisure.

Day 12. Denpasar
Breakfast at hotel. Free time until transfer to airport for the flight to the next destination.
